TWELVE is available on all updated iOS & Android tablets & smartphones.
Where we do have an Admin Portal you can access through your computer's internet browser for managing ministries, we do not offer a desktop app for chatting at this time.
The Resource Library is a curated collection of materials from trusted provider partners. While each partner has been carefully vetted to ensure alignment with our mission and values, we do not review every individual resource they contribute.
If you come across any content that raises concerns or doesn’t seem to reflect the standards we uphold, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're committed to maintaining a library that supports safe, effective, and Christ-centered discipleship—and your feedback helps us do that.
You can contact us any time at Support@TWELVEapp.co

Every team is different, but we do know some of the common questions boards ask.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: TWELVE is 100% donor funded. We would really appreciate if you were able to give, but there is no obligation if it's not in your budget.
Q: Is it safe?
A: TWELVE regularly exceeds required safety standards and is the safest option available. That's for your kids, your leaders, and your ministry. Some of our safety features include:
✓ Chat logs ✓ Closed communities ✓ Automatic image moderation ✓ Timed chat limitations ✓ Profanity filter
✓ Strict Data Protection ✓ Message and content reporting ✓ Manual moderation tool
Q: Is it worth the effort?
A: Absolutely. A number of studies have shown that a majority of the kids and youth that stay in the church when they grow up do so not because of the quality of teaching, games, or giveaways - but because of a genuine connection with a leader. Not keeping the conversation going during the week can be the difference between being a 'church friend' and being a real friend.
We've included a handout you can provide to your board to help get this message across. There is more information about features, safety, and effectiveness throughout our site!

Monitoring 1-on-1 chats is super easy! Whenever a chat is started between a kid and a leader, it will appear in the 'Moderate Chats' list. You can find this list by pressing the shield icon in the top right of the 'Chats' page. The Ministry Admin won't be able to send messages in that chat, but they can still see the messages, delete messages, and receive notifications (notifications are turned off by default for chats you aren't a part of).
