Our goal for creating new ministries is simple. Do it in as few steps as possible. Whether it’s a normal youth night, a camp sign-in day, or a conference, we want this to be quick and stress free so you can focus more on building relationships.
Getting started is easy!
That’s it! You can even skip step 3 because every ministry has a home base group chat.
Each group chat has its own unique QR invite code. Ensuring your students and leaders scan the correct code for their particular group makes managing your event a piece of cake! (And no, Kevin, you can't scan the code for another group just because your crust is in it! Leaders, stay ready!)
Now let’s talk about visibility and roles:
Admin privileges are automatically assigned to the person who creates the ministry. Admins can see and manage everything, do everything leaders and students do, and access to the Admin Portal. This keeps admins in a clear moderator role!
Leaders can show students the QR invite codes in the app and message students, leaders, and admins.
Students can only message leaders or admins and participate in their group chats.
We can’t do what we do without you! Thank you 💙
Your generosity provides hundreds of ministries with the opportunity to safely connect and build a stronger, longer-lasting faith. If you are already part of our community of givers, thank you for your continued support - you are our solid foundation! If you are considering giving, know that your gift will help us build even greater tools and keeps TWELVE the safest and most accessible discipleship app available.
To everyone in this community that uses TWELVE, prays for this ministry, or gives generously - thank you.
